uspostavila <strong>Me\u0111unarodna organizacija rada (ILO)<\/strong> i <strong>Zakon o radu Republike Hrvatske<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politika i zaposlenici zakonito zaposleni, da imaju pristup jasnim ugovorima i da su informirani o svojim pravima, obvezama i naknadama.<\/li>\n<li>Sve pla\u0107e, radno vrijeme, prekovremeni rad i benefiti sukladni su hrvatskom zakonodavstvu o radu te ispunjavaju ili prema\u0161uju zakonski propisane minimalne uvjete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postupci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ugovori Za\u0161tita od seksualnog iskori\u0161tavanja, posebno djece i maloljetnika<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2222\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2222\"><p><strong>Standard:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Royal Hotels &amp; Resort provodi <strong>politiku nulte tolerancije<\/strong> prema bilo kojem obliku seksualnog iskori\u0161tavanja, s posebnim naglaskom na <strong>za\u0161titu djece i maloljetnika<\/strong>. Posve\u0107eni smo uskla\u0111enosti s <strong>nacionalnim zakonima<\/strong>, <strong>Konvencijom UN-a o pravima djeteta<\/strong>, te <strong>me\u0111unarodnim standardima turisti\u010dke industrije<\/strong> za za\u0161titu djece.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politika i obveze:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seksualno iskori\u0161tavanje djece, adolescenata ili bilo kojih ranjivih osoba \u2014 u bilo kojem obliku \u2014 <strong>strogo je zabranjeno<\/strong> i smatra se <strong>kaznenim djelom<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u2022 Aktivno doprinosimo <strong>prevenciji seksualnog iskori\u0161tavanja djece<\/strong> u turizmu, u skladu s <strong>Kodeksom pona\u0161anja za za\u0161titu djece od seksualnog iskori\u0161tavanja u turizmu i putovanjima (The Code)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u2022 Od svih zaposlenika, dobavlja\u010da, izvo\u0111a\u010da i gostiju o\u010dekuje se da <strong>po\u0161tuju ove vrijednosti<\/strong> i da <strong>odmah prijave bilo kakvo sumnjivo pona\u0161anje<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postupci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Svi zaposlenici obvezno prolaze <strong>obuku o prepoznavanju, prevenciji i prijavljivanju znakova seksualnog iskori\u0161tavanja djece<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Uspostavljeni su <strong>jasni mehanizmi za prijavu<\/strong> sumnjivih aktivnosti, dostupni zaposlenicima, gostima i partnerima, uz
